  • We currently deliver to selected locations within our operational zones.

  • Availability may vary depending on kitchen capacity, delivery partner coverage, and local regulations.

  • If your address is outside our delivery zone, you will be notified at checkout.


2. Delivery Timelines
  • Delivery typically takes 25–60 minutes, depending on distance, order size, traffic, and weather conditions.

  • Peak hours, holidays, festivals, or monsoon seasons may cause additional delays.

  • Estimated delivery times shown during checkout are approximate and may vary.


3. Food Preparation & Packaging
  • All items are freshly prepared upon receiving your order.

  • Our signature BIRYANI hot-seal packaging ensures biryani stays warm for 2–3 hours under normal conditions.

  • Firewood-cooked biryani and HACCP-standard ingredients ensure safe, high-quality meals.


4. Delivery Partners
  • Orders may be delivered by our in-house delivery team or certified third-party delivery partners.

  • Once the order is handed over to the delivery agent, responsibility for transportation lies with the agent until successful delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party partners.


5. Delivery Confirmation
  • Upon arrival, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you via phone.

  • If the customer:

    • Does not answer calls

    • Is unavailable at the address

    • Provides an incorrect or incomplete address

    • Fails to collect the order

    The delivery will be marked as Delivered, and no refund will be issued.


6. Delivery Charges
  • Delivery fees may vary based on:

    • Distance

    • Order value

    • Peak-hour surcharges

    • Partner platform charges

  • Charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


7. Order Tracking
  • Tracking may be available through:

    • Our mobile app or website

    • Delivery partner platforms (e.g., Swiggy/Zomato)

  • Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to network or technical issues.


8. Multiple Items or Large Orders
  • Large or bulk orders may require extended preparation time.

  • In rare cases, multiple delivery agents may be assigned, resulting in split deliveries.

  • The customer will be informed if such situations arise.


9. Temperature & Freshness Guarantee
  • We strive to deliver your order hot and fresh.

  • Temperature retention may vary depending on:

    • Delivery distance

    • Weather conditions

    • External handling

  • The Legend Of Spices cannot guarantee food temperature after the order has been delivered and accepted.


10. Non-Delivery Cases

Situations where orders may not be delivered include:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Customer unreachable

  • Delivery partner unable to access the location

  • Extreme weather or emergencies
    In such cases, the order will be marked failed or returned without eligibility for refund.


11. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Road closures

  • Weather issues

  • Accidents

  • Natural disasters

  • Political events or public demonstrations

  • High order volumes during festivals or promotions

These factors may affect delivery times.


12. Contactless Delivery
  • On request, we offer contactless delivery.

  • The delivery agent will leave your order at the designated spot and inform you via call.


13. Customer Responsibility

You must:

  • Provide accurate delivery details

  • Ensure availability to receive the order

  • Inspect the package upon delivery

  • Report issues within 15–20 minutes of receiving the order

Issues raised after extended delays may not be accepted.
